For more than 25 years, I’ve worked within the travel and hospitality industries to create seamless experiences for my clients—now I do the same through ICT, with a delicious twist.
My Story
The first half of my career was spent at major corporations (including the service-obsessed Walt Disney World) in logistical coordination and event planning roles. I tended to the travel needs of high-level executives and industry thought leaders—basically, very busy people with important places to be, and rather particular tastes.
My job? To not only meet their needs, but anticipate them—while giving them “wow” moments that spoke to their interests (this involved a bit of eavesdropping as I ferried them around the property!).
I got really good at taking care of these clients—and I found I loved it as well! Good service isn’t exactly found in abundance these days, so being able to give that to my clients scratched the itch to go above and beyond in unexpected ways.
When I wasn’t shuttling CEOs around theme parks or booking speakers’ travel itineraries, I was often found in my favorite place: the kitchen. I grew up in a foodie family and love to cook (preferably with a good bottle of wine by my side!) and I attend food and wine festivals whenever I can.
