Craft
Think we’re a good fit? We’ll send over our Design Fee invoice and schedule an in-depth planning call to get started. You’ll then receive up to three custom-crafted itinerary proposals; we’ll tweak your favorite based on your feedback.

Book
With your itinerary finalized, we’ll book and coordinate every component of your trip. Have special requests or specific needs? Let us know and we’ll arrange everything for you prior to your departure.
04.
Escape
As your departure approaches, we’ll meet with you one last time—either over video call or in person if you’re in the Tri-State area—to review your travel documents and answer last questions. While you travel, don’t hesitate to reach out if you need assistance.

How do you get us special perks and amenities?
While we can’t guarantee special extras, we’re often able to secure VIP perks for our clients through our affiliation with our Forbes-endorsed host agency, Gifted Travel Network. GTN is a part of luxury travel consortia Virtuoso as well as several top luxury preferred hotel programs—which means we may be able to pass along perks like room upgrades upon arrival, spa/ship credit, complimentary breakfast, early check in/late check out, and more (all subject to availability).

What is your Design Fee?
Our Design Fee differs depending on the length and complexity of your trip. We’ll share the exact fee schedule with you after our complimentary consultation call. Through this fee, you are hiring us to research and craft your custom itinerary, book your travel components, manage concierge-level requests, and provide responsive support before and during your trip. This also means we will always pick the best-fit travel options for you, regardless of any commissions we may receive.
What destinations do you specialize in?

What if I just want you to book a hotel for me?
We offer a complimentary hotel-only booking service so our clients can take advantage of possible perks through our luxury hotel program affiliations.
